I'm a data engineer focused on the infrastructure that turns raw data into something teams can actually trust. Most of my work sits at the intersection of pipeline architecture, data modeling, and the practical engineering that keeps complex systems healthy over time — not just on launch day.

I care about building things that other engineers can understand, extend, and debug at 2am without calling me. That means clean design, good defaults, and being honest about tradeoffs upfront rather than papering over them.

Outside of writing code, I write about it here. I think the best way to know whether you understand something is to try to explain it clearly — this site is where I put that to the test.
